Interfaces between bodies, sensors, and computation.
I am interested in analog and mixed-signal systems that make
real-world and physiological signals useful for low-power
interaction and intelligent sensing.
In progress
sEMG onset detection & feature extraction
I am developing a mixed-signal design for detecting the onset of muscle activity and extracting features from surface electromyographic signals. This project brings together my interests in analog circuits, physiological sensing, and computation close to the sensor.
Research path
My preparation draws on Hajimiri's, Razavi's, and Carusone's Analog Electronics Lecture Series, and Carsten Wulff's AIC 2025 series.
